A designer helps your business look clear, consistent, and intentional. Instead of trying to make everything match on your own, you get a system that feels unified and easy to use.
Clarity → A logo and visual identity built around your goals and message.
Consistency → A cohesive look that works across web, print, and social media.
Efficiency → Organized, ready-to-use files that save time and keep your visuals on brand.
Scalability → A flexible design system that can grow with your business.Design is about helping your audience recognize and trust you. When your brand feels polished and aligned, it’s easier for people to connect with what you do.

Not everyone knows exactly what they want — and that’s okay! To help me get started, you can share things like:
• A few logos you like (screenshots, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.).
• Words that describe your brand (e.g. playful, modern, bold, elegant).
• Colors you’d love to include — or avoid.
• Where the logo will be used most (website, packaging, social media, signage).
Even if you only have one or two ideas, I can use those as a springboard and present you with professional concepts to react to.
-
PNG – A high-quality image file ideal for social media, websites, and digital use. It supports transparent backgrounds, making it perfect for logos, graphics, and online sharing.
JPG (or JPEG) – A standard image format best for everyday photos and images. It has a smaller file size, making it easy to upload and share, but it does not support transparency.
PDF – A print-ready file that preserves the layout, fonts, and design exactly as intended. Use this for printing flyers, posters, or documents or for sharing a design that shouldn’t be edited.
SVG – A scalable vector file ideal for web use, such as logos, icons, and illustrations. It can be resized without losing quality, so it stays sharp on any screen size.
AI – The original, fully editable design file created in Adobe Illustrator. This is the master version of your design and is usually included with premium package so designers can make future edits.
-
Horizontal Logo → Icon beside the wordmark (best for websites, banners, and headers).
Vertical Logo → Icon above the wordmark (great for social media profile pictures or vertical spaces).
Wordmark → Just the text part of your logo (useful where your brand name needs to be clear).
Icon → Just the symbol (perfect for social media avatars, watermarks, or favicons).

A brand book is a PDF packet that shows you how to use your logo, colors, and fonts consistently across all platforms, from your website and social media to print materials.
It ensures your brand always looks cohesive, professional, consistent and instantly recognizable, no matter where it appears.
The length and detail of your brand guide will depend on the package you choose:
Logo Essentials: Covers logo usage only — shows how to use your logo correctly in different formats and placements.
Brand Starter: Includes logos, brand colors, and fonts — typically 2–3 pages, perfect for basic brand consistency.
Complete Brand: A comprehensive guide with logos, colors, fonts, do’s and don’ts, and branded mockups — usually 4–6 pages, ideal for businesses ready to grow or scale.

I design in Adobe Illustrator - the professional standard for logo design. This makes sure your logo is fully vector-based, crisp, and scalable from a business card to a billboard.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to use design terms! Simple, honest reactions are the most helpful. You can say things like:
• “This feels too bold, can we try something softer?”
• “I love the font in concept #2 but the colors in concept #3.”
• “I’d like this to feel more playful than serious.”
Even quick gut reactions help guide me in the right direction.

Minor tweaks are fine within your revisions. A completely new direction may require a new project or add-on.

Yes - once your project is complete and final payment is made, the logo files are 100% yours to use however you want.
-
No - your logo is delivered as final files (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and sometimes AI). You don’t need to edit them. But you can drop those files into tools like Canva or Microsoft Office for everyday use.
-
Nope! You’ll get everything in standard formats you can open and use without special programs. The only time Adobe is needed is if a designer or printer wants the editable AI file — which I provide in the higher package.

Your logo will be 100% original artwork, created exclusively for your brand. However, it’s important to know that trademarking is a separate legal process that protects your logo at the federal level.
Here’s how it works:
• Once your final logo is delivered, you own the rights to use it (after full payment).
• If you want to protect it legally, you’ll need to file a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or your country’s trademark office.
• Trademarking ensures that no one else in your industry can use a confusingly similar logo.
I don’t file trademarks on behalf of clients, but I can point you toward resources if you’d like to pursue it.

To reserve your project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final design files are delivered. You’ll receive a professional invoice by email, and payments can be made securely online.

Because of the time and custom design work involved, I don’t offer refunds. But I do ensure we work together until you’re happy with your final logo.
