These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Perry Palette Design website and to all design services provided.

Services

Perry Palette Design provides logo and brand identity design services as described on the website. Scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are outlined on the Logo & Brand Identity Package page or agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery.

  • Payments are processed through Wave or other approved payment platforms.

Revisions

  • Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Timeline

  • Standard delivery is 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delays caused by client feedback or missing information may extend timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner

  • Review deliverables promptly

Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of final, approved designs is transferred to the client upon full payment.

  • Perry Palette Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • No refunds are issued for completed work.

Limitation of Liability

Perry Palette Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Updates

Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of changes.
