These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Perry Palette Design website and to all design services provided by Perry Palette Design.

By engaging Perry Palette Design for design services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Perry Palette Design provides production-focused logo and brand design services as described on the website.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per project and confirmed in writing prior to work beginning.

Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery.

• Payments are processed through Wave or other approved payment platforms.

• Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Revisions

• All projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

• Revisions are limited to adjustments within the agreed project scope.

Timeline

• Standard project timelines are 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Timelines may extend due to delayed client feedback, missing information, or requested changes outside the original scope.

• Perry Palette Design is not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

• Respond to feedback requests in a reasonable timeframe

• Review deliverables promptly upon receipt

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Final Delivery

Final files are delivered after full payment is received.

Delivery includes an organized folder containing ready-to-use files for print and digital use, as applicable to the project. Files may include vector and image formats provided in appropriate color modes.

Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of final, approved designs is transferred to the client upon full payment.

• Perry Palette Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, on the website, and on social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

• Unused concepts or preliminary work remain the property of Perry Palette Design.

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• No refunds are issued for completed work or delivered files.

Limitation of Liability

Perry Palette Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs.

The client assumes responsibility for final approval of all deliverables.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Updates to Terms

Perry Palette Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
