A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.
The remaining balance is due before final site launch or file delivery.
Payments may be made via Wave, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods listed on your invoice.

3. Revisions
Each website package includes a set number of revision rounds:

Signature Package: 3 rounds of revisions
Refresh Package: 2 rounds of revisions
Additional revisions beyond those included are available for an additional fee, which will be communicated prior to continuing work.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon receipt of full payment:
You own the final website design and related deliverables created specifically for your project.
Perry Palette Design retains the right to display the project in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to final delivery.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for work completed up to that point remains due.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be paused or considered abandoned, and any remaining payments will still apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.
Review proofs and provide clear, consolidated feedback during the revision stages.
Ensure that all provided materials (text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.

The client is responsible for maintaining their own Squarespace account, domain, and subscription fees.
After final delivery, the client assumes responsibility for ongoing maintenance, updates, and management of their site unless additional support is agreed upon.
