Welcome to Perry Palette Design (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

We provide logo design, brand identity, and related design deliverables as described on our website or outlined in your project proposal.

2. Payments and Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects.

• The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

• Upon receiving full payment, final design files will be delivered as agreed.

3. Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Logo Essentials: 2 rounds

• Brand Starter: 2 rounds

• Complete Brand: 3 rounds

Additional revisions beyond those included are available at an additional cost, which will be communicated prior to continuing work.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon final payment, ownership of the approved final design files transfers to the client. Perry Palette Design retains the right to display the work in portfolios, websites, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for work completed up to the cancellation date remains due.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content, and materials needed to complete the project.

• Review and approve proofs and deliverables prior to finalization.

• Ensure that any materials provided (such as text, logos, or images) do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Perry Palette Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
